Dana Izofatov leads the global implementation of ARC, expanding healthcare innovation centers across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. She previously worked in consulting at Deloitte Australia, leading digital transformation and policy work for national health systems. She holds an executive MBA in Healthcare Innovation from Reichman University and a dual Bachelor of Commerce and Biomedical Science from Monash University, and works fluently across English, Hebrew, and Russian. Dana is especially passionate about preventative health and leveraging technology to improve how care is delivered.

Mando Alfasa is a healthcare innovation and international partnerships professional with over a decade of experience across healthcare, digital health, and the public sector. At ARC Innovation, he supports the growth of ARC Sites globally, helping healthcare organizations build innovation capabilities, strengthen partnerships, and implement the ARC model. Previously, he worked in digital health startups in business development and account management roles and Israel’s Foreign Trade Administration, focusing on business development and international expansion of health tech companies. Mando holds an MBA and a BA from Bar-Ilan University and speaks English, Hebrew, Turkish, and German.
