About

Christina is Director of Applied AI at Redesign Health, where she builds the agent systems that put AI to work across the company and its portfolio. She has spent her career where data turns into decisions. As the first data scientist on Facebook's Social VR team, she rescued an app weeks from being shut down and made it the top non-gaming app in the VR store, helping lay the groundwork for Meta's push into the metaverse. She went on to lead data at fast-growing healthcare and technology companies, moving data from the sidelines to the center of product decisions and lifting company-wide adoption from under half to 86%. A founder herself, she raised venture funding for her own startup and brings that urgency to everything she builds. Most recently, she built end-to-end agent systems that created a multimillion-dollar product line. Christina trained in cognitive and decision sciences at University College London and began her career at the UK government's "Nudge Unit", using behavioral science to shape national policy. Her writing and her Data Party series on how data people build products reach thousands of practitioners.
