The problem

Care teams don't control the AI that engages their patients

When a care team wants to change how it follows up with patients, updating the technology can involve engineers, vendor requests and implementation cycles. By the time a workflow changes, the team's needs may have moved on. The people responsible for patient engagement often aren't the ones who control how the technology works.

What if the people who know patients best could build the AI that engages them?
The solution

Healthcare teams build their own AI workflows

Operations teams describe a patient engagement workflow in natural language, and Gravity Rail builds and runs it across voice, SMS, email and web. Teams can test agents before deployment, decide which actions they can take and set when a conversation hands off to a person, with the full history in view.

Once a workflow is live, Gravity Rail shows where patients get stuck and what still needs manual work, so teams can keep refining. The platform is model-agnostic, so organizations aren't locked into a single AI provider.

Investor perspective
"Dan and Scott saw something most founders in this space miss. The constraint on AI adoption in healthcare isn't the models. It's that clinical operations teams have no way to own, test, and evolve AI workflows on their terms. Gravity Rail is the first platform we've seen that solves that problem directly."
