Brett Shaheen
Brett Shaheen, CEO of Redesign Health, is a healthcare investor, entrepreneur, and operator with a proven track record of building early-stage healthcare companies and investing across multiple asset classes. Brett was previously a partner and lead healthcare analyst at Lone Pine Capital and a Private Equity Associate at the Carlyle Group. He began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs and spent time at Google and the Boston Consulting Group. Brett holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, received a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from Christ Church, Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar, and graduated summa cum laude with a BS and BA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and lives on Long Island with his wife Ashleigh and their two children.

Nathan Marinoff
Nathan is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Redesign Health. He leads the Legal, Policy & Compliance team, providing counsel and support relating to legal, regulatory, and strategic matters. Nathan has practiced corporate law for two decades, advising clients on international and domestic capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, complex transactions, and corporate governance. Nathan earned his BA from Trinity College, a M.Sc from the London School of Economics, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has been admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Neil Patel
Neil is the Head of Research and Portfolio Management at Redesign Health. His team is responsible for ideation, incubation of new businesses, and governance over the portfolio of operating companies. With nearly 20 years in the healthcare industry, Neil brings extensive experience as an operator, consultant, and early-stage investor. Previously, Neil was the Head of Partner Strategy and Solutions for AWS Healthcare after serving as CEO of Healthbox and leading its turnaround and sale to HIMSS. At Healthbox, he also served as General Partner for the Intermountain Healthcare Innovation Fund and the Davita Venture Fund. Neil was also a management consultant with The Chartis Group and began his career at SG2 in technology evaluation and consulting. Neil holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Direct.

Parker Hayden
Parker Hayden is the Head of Portfolio Management at Redesign Health. He has been an investor and financial professional for over twenty years, having invested approximately $3.5 billion of equity capital in over 100 transactions throughout his career. Parker has overseen and led every aspect of a transaction from origination, diligence, and structuring to portfolio company management, value creation, and exit. Prior to joining Redesign, Parker was Head of US/EU Private Equity Directs at Mousse Partners, a single family office, and previously worked in the U.S. Buyout Fund at The Carlyle Group and on the technology investment banking team at Morgan Stanley. Parker holds an M.B.A. with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar and a B.S., Business Administration, from the University of California, Berkeley where he graduated magna cum laude.

Samantha Lynch
Samantha is the Head of Strategy and Finance at Redesign Health. She has twenty years of experience identifying growth opportunities for technology, e-commerce, and media businesses, coupled with deep fundraising and mergers and acquisitions experience. Samantha spent five years at Compass, leading corporate development, investor relations, and strategic finance. She raised over $1B in funding, driving the valuation from $800M to over $6B, closed fifteen acquisitions, and launched agent and seller loan programs. Before that, Samantha was an early-stage venture investor at BBG Capital, a strategy consultant at Activate, a member of the corporate development team at News Corporation, and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. She graduated magna cum laude from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
