We've long recognized that truly redesigning health requires working both within and alongside the existing healthcare ecosystem, and have partnered with a number of healthcare incumbents to co-build innovative businesses that address critical gaps in the marketplace. For example, we've partnered with UPMC Enterprises to build two companies — a testament to the strength and success of our collaborative model: Pip Care, a perioperative care platform, and a new venture in development. Other companies we’ve co-built include Iron Health, Fort Health and Jabra Enhance.
We're now formalizing a comprehensive suite of innovation services specifically for our healthcare partners, designed to further catalyze change from within the ecosystem. Our offerings include delivering actionable market insights, facilitating workshops to uncover opportunities, and collaboratively evaluating which concepts are best suited for co-building as new ventures. This approach creates a virtuous cycle: deeper healthcare relationships yield richer insights and resources, enabling us to understand our partners' priorities and build targeted solutions that address pressing industry needs more effectively. Rather than healthcare organizations developing innovation programs in isolation, partnering with Redesign Health provides access to our tried and tested processes, significantly de-risking innovation efforts while addressing critical challenges more effectively.

A Tool for Actionable Insights: The Innovation Maturity Index
To support our collaboration efforts and help our partners maximize their innovation potential, we've developed the Innovation Maturity Index (IMI). The IMI is a key component of our expanded partnership approach, providing a data-driven foundation for our collaborative efforts. This comprehensive tool is designed to help organizations assess their innovation capabilities across four key quadrants: strategy, culture, organization, and capabilities. The IMI offers nuanced insights that guide actionable change, providing our partners with a clear roadmap for enhancing their innovation efforts and aligning more effectively with our co-creation model.
We're excited to partner with General Catalyst to roll out the IMI tool to participating partners in their health assurance ecosystem. As we gather more data, we aim to offer segment-specific benchmarks and insights, valuable for healthcare organizations across different sectors.
